I want to place a bet on Virtual Sports

1. To place a bet you need to be logged in. Once you are, please select Virtual Sports on the left-side menu

2. Make your league and market selection (up to 30 in one bet slip);

3. Access your betslip:

3.1. If on mobile: hit numerical digits next to the Menu button or tap the yellow ribbon in the bottom of the screen

3.2. If on desktop: betslip appears on the right after first selection

4. Set your stake amount and hit "Place bet"

I want to place a bet

1. Log in and select your desired sport on the top-left drop-down menu (e.g football).

2. Make your event and market selection (up to 30 in one betslip) or use the search function on top of the page to locate the team you'd want to bet on.

3. Access your betslip:

3.1. If on mobile: hit numerical digits next to the Menu button

3.2. If on desktop: betslip appears on the right after first selection

4. Set your stake amount and hit "Place bet"

Note: 

If it displays 'Price has changed', click on 'Place bet' again to accept the new price and the bet will be processed or else click to remove the selection from betslip and start again.

How can I Cashout?

Cashout is available in the following markets of most major football leagues: 1X2 FT, Double Chance, BTTS, Over/Under FT, HT/FT, and 1X2 Handicap FT. Cashout is also available for match-winner markets in Tennis and Basketball.

Please note that once the cashout offer has been accepted, the payout amount will be locked. The payout amount will not change whether the slip ends up winning or losing.

To request a Cashout:

1. Click Menu and open My Bets
2. Select your bet and hit 'Request Cashout' button to see the current amount offered for cash out. If the offer is not taken within 15s, you will have to request a new one.
3. If you are happy with the offered amount, hit the 'Confirm' button and your account will be instantly credited with the cashed-out amount

How is the Cashout calculated?

The Cashout amount is calculated by our system and takes into account the current odds of the events on your betslip and win bonus in case you've placed a multiple bet. Compared to other providers, you will always get the best Cashout offers from betPawa because we want you to bet small and WIN BIG!

Why can’t I Cashout?

Cashout is available in specific markets of most football leagues and competitions. New Cashout offers on your betslip could be available every 15s unless the market you have placed a bet on is no longer offered at the time you want to cash out.

Why is my bet still open?

We strive to get your bets settled immediately after the match has finished, but please bear in mind that this is done based on the official and announced results. Delays may occur if the official results are not clear yet.
